Is there a way to Change Key binds?
I've have this issue since getting this laptop last year, but my right click on my mouse trackpad doesn't stay "clicked". Basically, I can't hold right click in most games. Is there a way to change key binds somewhere. Most of the time in other games, I change it to either right shift, or the delete key, depending on the game.

If you can't change the keys, this'll be the second game that I can't really play due to my mouse.
If It would help, I could direct you to my old reddit post I'd made about it, trying to fix it. Though I gave up on that post back then.

Hello. I don't know how to work with Synapse. How do I do that?

Also, I haven't fixed the issue, but I did remap the right click in MC and Batman to other keys. For MC, it works, but it works odd. The right click works when dealing with crafting, but not with anything else, those are the reconfigured key. Also, I'm a bit busy irl atm, so fixing this isn't a priority right now.

When you open up Synapse 2.0, you should be able to see your Blade Pro. Click that and you will be redirected to another window where you can customize your keyboard and trackpad. Try changing left click to right click and vice-versa to test if the button has long-press issues. PM us when you have the chance with the results so we can further isolate ;)

All the best,

Paul L.

I hadn't found a synapse 2.0, just a Synapse. I tried this: https://imgur.com/a/GyTnwKg but left click still does what it did before, and same with right click.

Hmm. That's odd. Have you tried performing a clean reinstallation of Synapse and check if the same issue recurs?

Best Regards,

I don't have the Synapse they said about above.

Edit: Just to explain what had happened back then, I can Right click on deasktop, and the right click menu pops up, but if I'm in a game and Hold it, it Right clicks for a second or 2, then auto single clicks. When there is a game that requires, aiming, like this, or holding an object in a first person game, this laptop can't play it unless I re-bind the keys.

There's a text file in the game folder somewhere that lists out the key binds. You would have to manually delete and retype certain keybinds in that text file, then save the text file, and it should change the key binds.

I found the file, I want Right click to be re-done to Right shift, or at least have shift work as well as right click.

Left-click on the game in Steam to go to Manage, then Browse Local Files. Once there navigate to Data, Controls, and there you can edit the Keymap.txt file.

Thanks. I forgot I made this post. 2 funny things about it though.
1. I don't have that laptop anymore due to having to buy my current one due to an emergency.
2. Also, Though this one works well, it doesn't meet all my needs now, and I bought a new laptop that is coming in this week.
