same problem. No DLC installed

Appears there seems to be a widespread issue with the DLC, as I also have the DLC purchased, but it's not installing.

Разрабы выкатила новое DLC с обновлением вместе, не забыли DLC выпустить на продажу площадки, но забыли ЗАГРУЗИТЬ DLC на сервера. Ждём когда загрузят, что бы могли скачать DLC и насладится им

I think they forgot to upload the DLC files.
