Bionic duplicants don't drop empty eco power bank after eating metal power bank

I have had an issue where the eco power banks suddenly disappeared. There were no powered or empty ones anywhere and as of recent I had to rely on metal power banks to make sure they all stay powered again as I couldn't keep up with bionic duplicant power demand.

I think this process led to the eco power banks being destroyed. What I believe has happened is that if a duplicant ate an eco power bank before, but then ate a regular metal power bank once the eco one has depleted, that empty eco power bank will not be dropped because it isn't being replaced by an eco power bank. I don't think this is intended, but it is likely the cause of the issue. This happened before the latest beta patch as of writing. Please take a look at it. Maybe there is some other edge case where the empty eco power bank doesn't get dropped, but my best guess is that this is the reason.
