Wallpaper blueprints - do not appear in game?

I see that I have new wallpaper blueprints in the supply closet - but how do I actually make them appear in game? When I select the blueprint tab on a wallpaper, it takes me to the supply closet but nothing changes when I select another wallpaper there. It also doesn't seem to appear in the building options in game. I don't get it. For the record, I can seem to apply other blueprints like atmo suits or buildings, so I know this works in theory.

OK I seem those now, thanks. But wallpaper and drywall are different functions, and they appear with the wallpapers section in the supply closet. I think they need to fix this somehow. It would be nice to have a variety of wallpapers, which are meant to give a decorative bonus. Drywall prevents gas loss in the tile.

You are calling it wallpaper, but it's all drywall (see menu in screenshot).
Decorative drywall also prevents gas loss in a vacuum area.
There is quite a lot of different ones. Just trade it your useless green tread for more of those.

dude there is a section literally called wallpaper under another build menu and they are purely decorative so it's inconsistent and misleading.
