"+Maximum Aptitude" issue
so my dupes are apparently so good at everything they get this popup any time they do anything and it's bothering me. is this a basegame thing or a mod thing i have no clue. how do i make it stop without killing everyone

prolly late, but i was getting something like this before i got my solarium synthesizer fully set up. what was happening was that i had plenty of dream journals, but not fast enough oxygen to the structure, so it kept turning on and off pretty frequently (and it showed up over all my dupes every time it cycled like this)
