Carbon Skimmer pipe blocked

My guess is that the game is getting confused by having multiple outputs feeding into the pipe, since bridges only allow flow in one direction you can place them in such a way as to strictly determine how packets of liquid should move in the pipe.

actually in your case it is also because you have clean water from the water sieves and the water pump filling the pipe, it has nowhere to go so it's going to just block

you're prolly better off venting the sieved water up and out a shared liquid vent

just disconnect the pump and its pipes. carbon skimmers and sieve are equal water with no added volume. washrooms make volume nothing else does so a closed loop is best in this situation.
