Came up 2 data banks short?

I ran all 5 research missions on the 2 10k planets in my world and came up 2 data banks short... is this intentional?

Just wait til your flying everywhere, i have 5300 data banks that I cant use LOL

Maybe it is a game load problem like with filter/buffer gates. The gates always resets on game load so its state is not stored. Maybe here is similar - data bank is used for research, dupe starts the work and you are unlucky to save in that moment and then you reload game - data bank is gone, but work is not finished.

You have solid fuel combustion. With that you can go just slightly further.

I don't mind that it happened, I just flew one more steam mission, no big deal at all, but it seems like it could be a bug, maybe.
