Astronaut Dupe stuck in Rocket
Now maybe I'm just missing something but every time I launch a rocket into space, a task I've done 5 or 6 times now, when it returns my astornaut does not exit it - they vanish from the dupe count, the priority/vitals/etc tabs and I can't figure out how to get them to exit it normally.

The only way I've found that works is to deconstruct the rocket command modual and then rebuild it. Is anyone else dealing with this?

I've got a similar issue but worse. Sometimes when they try to exit after landing the game crashes. If I try to deconstruct the rocket the game always crashes. This was supposedly fixed in a patch from what I've read but my game appears to be fully updated.

I am running into the same issue now. Updated to latest build.

my Astronaut is in the rocket, but does not show up on the list of astronauts.
Trying to deconstruct the top worked before, but leads to a crash now. So, i kinda am stuck without my Art guy now and can't remove the rocket to rebuild a lager one in that spot as well.

Oh Well. :-(

A work around for this is to select a different astronaut which should kick your current astronaut out of the rocket. Then just deselect the other astronaut. This is kind of a silly bug atm since you need at least 2 train atronaut or you'll get a semi permanently stuck dupe.

This didn't work either. Second I tried to assign the second astronaut the game crashed.

Same thing here. Stopped playing until they fix this.

I don't know if they tried to patch it since this topic started but I personally found a solution allowing to get the duplicant out without crashing the game (it works on my save anyway, which is end-game and pretty bugged)

If you retract the gantry before the rocket lands it will make the astronaut fall from the command capsule right after landing. This solution can be automated as well, allowing to experience the rocket update properly.

if you train 2 astronauts you can always kick one out of the command module by assigning the the other and then unassigning it...
