Triage Cots (Med Beds) wont let me assign duplicants

after the recent update med beds now have a minimum health requirement slider and the assignment table says whether duplicants are elligible. I messed with all those setting to try get it to work but it just won't. I have duplicants with multiple diseases and it still won't let me assign them

Med beds no longer work on disease, they strictly heal health damage.

There is a new building for diseases and it requires a doctor, apothocary and balm lilies.
Once you have a properly setup med bay room with a doctor disease becomes a non-issue.
