Dupes Won't Build
HELP

My duplicants won't build anything even if I set everything to 5 and set the lavatory and pipes I'm trying to build at 9. I have enough resources I have enough to build the lavatory and I have plenty of granite (which I'm using for pipes).

Are they idle? Is construction site accessible? It can be inaccessible if it's flooded too deep or has no oxygen far along the road to construction site. Also, there has been some reports about dupes ignoring tasks which are too far from their current position.
