Refuse to use lavatory

Some of my dupes refuse to use lavatory, I followed few of them, they just don't use lavatory at all after I got rid of all the outhouses even when all the lavatories are empty and well-functioned.
And I constantly getting red info on the up left corner of my game screen says "No restroom build" even all the lavatories are empty and well functioned.
This bug only started appearing after I got rid of all the outhouses and left my dupes with only lavatories to use.

Also noticed the same issue and when the lavatories wernt working due to me removing a pipe without realising there wasn't any notices until they all started making a mess

i have all pipes connected and my lavatories have been used exactly once

This bug is fixed some time ago. Must be something else. Do you get the mesage "Pipe blocked" or something? Please check if the polluted water can flow and fresh water really come in. Watch especially for bridges, because they can easily place in the wrong direction. The output vent should also be not in fluid already.

the message is not pumping there were no bridges used and the pipes were empty on the waste side and full on the fresh side

Are there intersections on the PH2O Output Line? Sometimes a bridge can help the system to tell which direction the fluid should flow because the bridges are forced one-way only. Place one, maybe you can see the problem then. Often it's an accidental connection to another input or an intersection which makes it unclear or a forgotten vent, an unfinished or fogotten segment somewhere or an inverse placed bridge (what you already checked).

So, the dupes that responded after the lavatories were built, they are using them just fine. It's the dupes that responded before the first lavatory was built, the ones that were only using outhouse, they were the ones that wouldn't use the lavatories.

I don't know whether it was a bug or something. I'm not sure whether it is fixed or not now I haven't played this game for quite long.

For me its the pipe bridges that dont connect

Ok , I know whats wrong with my bridges, they also act as a check valve so sometime you have to put some 'unnecessary' bridge to ensure the direction of the flow
