Need an empty function on liquid fuel tanks

Now that the liquid fuel tanks dont automatically empty if they go over the limit the user sets. There is now no way to remove excess fuel, when it goes over said limit. So everytime i have to restart my game my rocket is over its weight limit.

I would prefer an output pipe to them just kicking the fuel on the ground like before...
