Floxes, bammoths and seals in base game?

Is it possible to get them without Spaced Out dlc and NOT while playing on Ceres? Like, if I have a pre-TFPP save and I turn TFPP on, how do I get new animals?

Nothing will be added to an existing save, but you might want to try starting a new game on Rime and see what happens.

The printing pod has a chance to have FPP content if you enable it on a save.

Yeah as the comment above states, you will be able to get eggs, seeds, and critters from the printing pod.
Not done it myself as I normally have everything I need from the standard stuff on my maps.

So, if I buy the SpacedOut dlc but play the vanilla game, when I start a new game I can still have a chance to get the extra fauna and flora provided I enable the dlc content?

I've never used the base game + FPP so I haven't checked
