Here is how to get the new Atmo Suit

To get the Puft Atmo Suit boot the game up and in the main menu go to the supply closet tab then click the option on the right that is labelled claim blueprints and boom you get the New Puft Atmo Suit, enjoy :)

How do you get it to appear in game? Is it like turning the Snazzy Suit into other clothes or what?

Click on a dupe, change outfit. underneath the dupe it'll probably say "clothing" with two arrow keys. cycle through these. you can also change the balloon joy response.

as far as I know they were only available when the klei fest was on back in June 15th - 22nd not sure if they will re-run the skin next year, I suppose we will find out in due time
