I see that remote worker need gear oil, but I dont understand what, where or how I can find it, produce it.
Can somebody help

Crude Oil and Phythic oil both count as "gear oil" for the game

you can make gear oil in the apothecary from water and (liquid) gunk

if you click the book icon in the top left and search for things it will tell you how to get them, what temperature they freeze or melt at, what you can make from them and which buildings to use, etc.

Which is it now - is it just normal cruid oil or is it the one made in apothecary that you use for remote worker (station)`? I m confused

Gear balm is the apothecary item, a consumable which bionics will use for their own gear oil needs. There's a lubrication station which needs crude oil or phyto oil pumped into it to function, which will also fulfill the need for lubrication.

I've never used remote workers before getting a lubrication station set up, so I can't tell you if remote workers are smart enough to use gear balm.

You need to be quite careful with gunk early on in the game for the production of gear oil at the apothecary. Bionic dupes produce just enough gunk to make one gear oil and so if any gets lost somewhere on the map you will end up short.

Its best to rush the gunk extractor, liquid storage tank, and bottle filler so that gunk isn't loose in the environment.
