Extra dupe skills notifications
So.

Lets say you have a cook, all you want them to do is cook and maybe basic tidying up around the base.

All they need is 2 points,

Can we PLEASE have a way to either...

- Turning off the skill point notification PER DUPE

or

- A means to 'lock' a dupes experience gain

or

- A way of spending skill points on flat stats.

I dont need my chef to be able to crack the atom, perform open heart surgery, Build a rocket, program AI, identify when a plant has fully grown, encourage gassymoo's to reproduce and be able to mine Chorium all at the same time.

Wouldnt mind them being able to run faster or cook faster though.

My cook learns Cooking2, then ExosuitTraining, then ImprovedCarrying, and eventually BedsideManner

I don't mind the notifications but I do wish the great arch light, which indicates when there are unspent points, I wish there was a mod that added a toggle to to dupes "Printing Pod lights when this dupe has unspent points" and I would unclick it for some dupes. I guess it could also suppress those other notifications for your desires.

Already in the game. If a dupe has 1 skill point unspend and gains another, you will not get a new notification. Giving your cook some carry capacity skill and + research can likely still be helpful. Research makes them level up cooking quicker (which does make them cook faster).
