Calculating alternative food

Morning guys:
After some time and gone back in the game, I want to do an old style run but with vanilla game.
But for adding some "spiciness" I want to use as main food curried beans-spicy tofu, and maybe use the "new" mushroom quiche too (just to try a new for me egg farm).
Now, before I do the math all by hand, is there around a tools not included alternative for calculating how much I need of every ingredient?
