Food Poisoning starts dying off at 0C. The rate accelerates until it reaches -25C.

What kind of germs? I assume food poisoning:

P-water doesn't technically get cold enough to kill FP and FP multiplies in p-water anyway, I've never tried but I'm pretty sure p-water wouldn't work (unless you froze it to below -25, it freezes around -20). You'll need a liquid you can cool colder than -25C.

In p-water? I've never tried but I'm not too sure this is true (edit: in p-water). Does it die fast enough between 0 and -25 to overcome it's multiplying in p-water?

Yes, if the p-water is below 0, then any germs will die off over time. Chlorine works much faster, however.

(I've been playing on Rime a bunch lately, so I've run into stuff freezing over a lot more than you'd see on warmer asteroids.)

yeah on rime its almost easier to let your P water freeze to kill the germs, then in the same room run stuff that generate heat to melt it back down again. then all your chlorine can go into salt production.
