Nah it's not actually a critter. It's something that appeared in the background -- in space -- looks like a face of a puft but it looks frozen and has a longer body.
Consider them a hint to improve the decorations around that area.

I'm kidding. Mostly. Some of them are balloons and stuff. The bombers do a great job of upping decor though.
Personally I go for the sparkle streakers when getting a choice. They look (and move) like kids cracked out on sugar highs.
