How to let a sweepy through doors?
Using automation, sensors, or both, is there a way to let sweepy's through airlock doors?

I have a puft slime farm that is full of poisonous oxygen. I have a double airlock/air pump system that prevents all poisonous oxygen from escaping the farm and getting back into my base.

But i dont want to send my colonists into the room to extract the slime cause they get the "slimey lung" debuff (different than slimelung disease) Id like to send a sweepy bot instead and then just extract the slime from his dock. Any way to do this?

A Sweepy will not open closed doors and cannot jump gaps or climb ladders. This can be used to manipulate its navigation path. He can pass though 1-tile high gaps to remove debris and spills from areas that Duplicants can't access.

I believe sweepy mops liquids from the floor so he will break the liquid lock.

There's a mod for that:

Or you can just put some auto-sweeper in the room

Use auto sweepers+conveyor loaders.

Thats true, but those are much later game than i am right now. they require a pawn with 2 in supply and 3 in operating so like 12 morale.

ill get there eventually, but im surprised no ones figured out how to do it with motion sensors or automation

I don't use Sweepy, so I don't know for sure, but I think they can go underwater, right?
If so, make a 1 tile high opening with a bead of liquid to act as a liquid lock for it and it can just go through. The liquid will keep the polluted oxygen from crossing over.

ooooh yeah i comepletely forgot about water locks!! that honestly would be better anyway cause it doesnt require any power to maintain as well unlike my airlock/gas pump combo
