empty pipe - toilet / shower suddenly not working

ive had the stuff running and it filled up my polluted water reservoir, but after removing some walls / rebuilding stuff i destroyed some pipes accidently and the water output of my toilets / showers are not working anymore. no idea how long ago they stopped.

ive rebuild a few pipe parts, but i cant get it working.

can someone tell me whats wrong ? the carbon skimmer does send some polluted water from time to time, but i cant get toilet output to work. says empty pipe..

Are the two liquid bridges near the bottom right really neccessary ? (how do they work together) Plus in the middle where your storage units are, your liquid piping dosent meet up. They are on two different floors.

uhm true now i see that...
i was always focused on the output and didnt check input.. i saw water and thought it works.
