Water Freezing in Pipes
I have a problem with water freezing in my pipes and busting. I'm using a water sieve to clean polluted water, but the *moment* it exits the sieve it freezes and bursts the pipe. I figured this was because the polluted water was too cold so I put in a liquid tepidizer and increased the water temps to 70*F but it's STILL freezing and bursting the pipes the moment the water comes out of the sieve.

The polluted water still in the pipes or around the water pump could still be below freezing point for water. In these kind of situations I use automation. The liquid pipe temperature sensor should be right beside the liquid shutoff. Join them with automation wire, and provide power to the shutoff. If the shutoff is not open, the pipes should provide an alternative route for the very cold liquid, for example to a vent a short distance away. If the sensor sends a green signal (temp greater than 0 for example) should then go safely through the water seives, providing the environment isn't extremely cold and the pipes are not insulated.

Obviously some packets are too cold. What you can do is either add a bit of conductive pipe (radiant or regular granite) between the tepidizer and the sieve, or use a liquid reservoir. If you keep the reservoir at least half full it will equalize all the packets to the same temperature.
