Did you pack your asbestos blankets, slushie machine, and aloe seeds?

Pretty sure OP's talking about the DLC fire planet? Try to colonise the fire planet all on your own. You should know that you need to land a duplicant with a pod on a hard, safe surface area with some spare metal to build a rocket landing pad and then land the rocket and continue from there. Preparing safe living quarters inside the rocket itself shouldn't be a problem to you by now. I will take notes of your journey and any issues you come across with great interest!

Well, most guides are specific solution-oriented, so you might have a hard time finding a "how to beat volcanea" guide... I just abuse vacuums to make it through the first 100 cycles, but there are lots of ways to "win". Those asteroids can be really tough, especially with seeds that drop volcanoes right next to the start biome.

Brothgar has video series on Volcanea(?) and Oasisse, which might be helpful. Biggest problem is cooling (obviously). Try taking it slow with just 4-5 dupes and rush insulation. Then go straight for an aquatuner. Keep your crops cool at first, the dupes will be fine even if it gets toasty.

Remember, you can keep playing even if you lose a dupe or 2...

If you're referring to the DLC I wouldn't know. I played the closed beta and am waiting for the nuclear content to get some love before I jump back in.

Francis John on youtube went to the lava planet to get some rare mats. It's kinda crazy watching him tunnel down through molten lava. As a physics game it can beggar belief.
