How can I get this achievement "Job Suitability"

Same problem, it's a "♥♥♥♥♥♥ up" achievement. All Duplicants run around in Atmosuits all "day" - BUT THERE IS NO PROGRESS TO ACHIEVEMENT!! Who can give a list of "HOUSEHOLD" work that each resident of the colony must do ONCE!!

All duplicates sleep in atmosuits. The problem is that some work counts and some doesn't. But it is impossible to know which of the duplicants did the work for the achievement, and which did not. This is really a bug in the game.

It is not a bug. You just need to make sure all duplicants will do some errand which counts. It is called achievement after all, right?

I did it by creating separate rooms for each dupe by restricting access with doors. Each cycle I was giving a yellow alert build errand in each room so this way I was sure that every dupe finished it.

If during the game you can get an achievement by playing and not doing "special" actions - buguses, it's not a bug, but if you have to do something outside of the gameplay, then it's a bug.

I don't understand you - you're saying I'm to blame? I have 8 duplicants, they get up in the morning, put on ammosuits and go to work, each of them does a LOT of different work, but the game thinks that one of them DID NOT DO THE WORK IN THE ATMOSUIT! I've read a lot of advice on how to solve this problem - kill all but one of the duplicants, send all but one into space, and more. This is a bug in the game! If the duplicant put on an atmosuit and did the job, the condition is met!

Set up a spot where they are forced to take a shower in a atmosuit, I don't know if that helps. But it's what I got
