Timelapse not working

In the top left of the Colony Summary screen there is a picture of the base start with a play symbol on it. I believe this must be the timelapse the options allow you to set the resolution of.

If I click on that play button, all I get is a large static image of the base start. There is no animation.

Is this working for anyone, or is it not implemented or bugged?

I haven't seen it work, but I started this base early on the pre-launch branch (and if a history feature was broken earlier, that data may not be available).

I haven't started a new base since release to see if that feature worked.
