Pretty much this. It'll bring new challenge since you're oil will mostly be frozen and will have to be thawed out to be used and chance are there won't be any slicker in the oil biome since they die if their temperature gets too low.
It is a lot easier though since you won't have to cool any industrial machine in the oil biome until much much later because of the low temperature.
I typically don't dig through the abysalite into the magma, but that magma is a power source you won't have. Instead, you'll have a huge super-cold place to dump heat if that's an issue. Realistically though, the biggest change is having to thaw out the oil biome, as as Ellip said.
