Does sandbox/debug disable Achievements with the official release?

I know it's quite early to ask this but does activating debug mode by changing the game files/using it in game disable achievement unlocks? What about sandbox mode?

Steam achievements don't give you anything but I still obsess over completing them. I won't use cheats but I keep sandbox mode on in case of bugs.

i didn't get any achievements while i had mods and debug mode, once i disabled those and made new save i started to get them. so im not sure if it was because of mods or debug or both

I am afraid it disables steam achievements. I entered sandbox, revealed bottom of the map, placed a couple floor tiles and I got "Outdoor Renovations" colony achievement, but no Steam achievement.

officially sandbox diasable achievements as soon as you activate it, even dont need to use it.
debug disable achievements when you use it.
mods not affecting achievements so far and i use 10+
save editor is ok
