Edit save file specific achievements?

Is there a way to do this? I have these three achievements already completed before and marked on steam, but I want them to be ticked on every save game I want anyway just so I don't have to endure the pain they provide in order to have the full board of achievements displayed as completed for a save file, as I hate the same play style that these achievements require me to do every single time. Again this is not changing any steam set achievements, only the save files for ones I have already unlocked before.

Colony achievements are earned per save. The achievements on Steam are earned the first time you achieve the corresponding colony achievement.

Yes... And I'm asking if I can edit an existing save so the 3 annoying achievements are ticked off for the save and I don't have to get them in the save file for them to be ticked off for it.

I know it's obvious, but I would greatly urge you to reconsider in your own mind the option of simply ignoring them. An "achievement" being offered does not mean it is anything of virtue to be attained. Some I find distasteful and will never get, and that's ok. I'm happier approaching the world this way. If I knew how to alter the file I'd tell you to make it easier to be happy, but the more general approach is worth considering for things outside of games where you can't edit a file. Respectfully.

That has got to be a joke. It's my savefile, there is no real data being manipulated here as I already have the achievements on steam, not having them checked bothers me, actually completing them doesn't since I already have achieved them and I'm just trying to put my mind at ease so I can play without the game taunting me.

There's no in game notification for this, it can only be annoying you if you have crippling OCD. I don't even look at the colony summary most of the time.

Shame, no, it was not a joke. I don't care if you edit the file, I'm just seeing something in your approach to life that has in the past been too much of a burden for me for no value. Since I have put effort into looking at such things differently, I'm happier. I'd hoped you could be happier as well. Do as you believe will work best for you, of course. You have shown me you are a thoughtful person so I intend no disrespect at all, just a thought I have found personally helpful.
