Report a translation problem
- You build a Fertilizer Maker and didn't seal it.
- You opened up a chamber with a Natural Gas Geyser
- Crude Oil dripped into areas of large heat, converted to Petroleum and than to Natural Gas
For the last: As the rate of conversion is 1:1 and fluid-tiles have a much much larger mass then gases, you can really fast overflow your base with it if not sealed. Imaging a single 1000 kg Tile of Crude Oil are 500-1000 tiles filled with NatGas.
EDIT: Anther thing. Before opening up any gas chamber, check the pressure/mass of the tiles in there, everything above 10 kg per tile starts to expand really fast and sometimes the conditions can lead to overpressure to 100-1000 kg per tile, which can really fast overflow larger areas.
I think this describes the problem I was having. Thanks for completing my memory.
Edit:
The mystery has been solved.
The Dupes were storing ICE in the storage bins. 🙃
