seriously, if there is a thing in the game you dont like how its implemented, quitting something you otherwise enjoy playing is a tad extreme. not to the dev, they dont care if one person quits playing over something minor. its more extreme on yourself. but making a "im quitting!" spectale about it on the forums changes zero minds.
im understand him. im also stopped playing but for another reason - dupe stupidity. simple building wall often leads to self block dupe and he dies, or dupe start running from point a to b without reason.
I used to think that all types of sensors that don't, should need power, but it really doesn't make sense; they are sensors for a reason. All, may be with the exception of germ and element sensors, logically act on pressure and heat, which happen automatically.
I think they meant that dupes tend to glitch their AI and start spazzing out, which happens to me quite a bit with rocket supplying. I even have duplicants deliver too much oxylite at times, resulting with excess just falling down and off-gassing. Sometimes they can't deliver that stuff back to storage right after, until I save and reload as well.
frustrating.

Except art. Forbid art for anyone who isn't a master.
I also do research, since there is no risk of breakdown if the skill isn't performed, and potential skill development is finite, so you might as well focus the skill as much as possible.
