Thanks :) Now for another issue, how do i connect water pump and pipes to the pitcher pump? The pitcher pump is in a very bad spot atm with little air
I get you're trying to use it, post a screenshot of your setup (including the water pump) and someone can help but really, the food available from the musher in the early game is almost worse than no food at all. Literally anything else is better, go look for cracked ground and dig, you'll find all kinds of food like muckroot. Only eat musher food (especially mush bars) if there's absolutely nothing else.
Also, how do i remove pee from the floor?
Seriously you should watch some YouTube (Francis John is great) or read some guides to get some idea of what you should be doing. You should be making rooms to get the bonuses and you shouldn't have 10 dupes at this point, just for a start ...
Your water pump is fine, the dupes should be able to use it without suffocating.
Seriously though, this base is heading to nowhere's-ville if you don't get a handle on it soon. Those 9 mealwood aren't going to feed 10 dupes.
You have to much dupes, start with 3 or 4 until you get a base running how you like it. Do not use 5+ oxygen generators, 1 can supply like 6-8 dupes. the generators eats tons of algae, you got like 6t left of it, it also uses water, if that pool is the only water left then...ouch.
mealwood is 5 per dupe i thought, i never used it. bristle berries takes 3.5 per dupe. microbe musher also uses algea and water, a lot, so avoid it at all cost (if you can).
Coal power is amazing isn't it? But do not use it without a smart battery, even if your normal batteries are full, it will keep burning coal, a smart battery turns it off and stops wasting coal.
bad air ain't so bad at all, dupes can hold their breath for quite a while, so don't worry about it and don't put oxygen generators there.
More important than where you generate your oxygen is making sure it can get where you need it, open your staiways (ladder-ways?) to at least 2 wide, preferably 3 (your dupes can jump the gap easily) to allow better flow of the gases. Or put in some airflow tiles if you have researched them, but expand your ladder-ways to 3 wide also so you can put in a fire pole next them and maybe tubes.
A year old tutorials though, isn't those a bit outdated.
Apparently Water Sieve used to output sieved water at 40C, now it passes through without a temperature change. Things like that are important details to design decisions. A revised wiki entry is such an efficient way to communicate the change.
