Report a translation problem
The real answer is that entities can be mirrored only if the functionality is affected (e.g. fertiliser maker has one port so it can't be mirrored, sieve has two ports so it can be mirrored)
I didn't say it was impossible - don't put words in my mouth, I just said it was tied to animation, the building can't be rotated, the emptier can. I didn't say animations couldn't be adjusted, just that they haven't been. Go to the forum and make a request in the suggestions forum to do work they haven't yet done.
