That way, you'll also get chlorine at the bottom of your base which is useful once you start scrubbing all the co2 away but still need a sterile atmosphere for food storage.
cheers
Slimelung dies off super fast. You do not loose hardly any slime for the decomp into PO.
Getting liquid into the storage space can be annoying.
not a water lock, just a storage container sitting in a puddle of water to prevent outgassing. works for the bleachstone as well as anything that outgasses.
In an enclosed space the outgasing of bleachstone disinfects slime at an extremely accelerated rate. For the liquid, you fill a very enclosed space 4x4 tiles with 2 containers, with a 2 tile high wall on one side with the door on the upper 2 tiles. then stand adjacent above the liquid to interact with the containers without getting wet.
The hard part is getting the liquid in there to begin with, where as bleach stone is so much easier and effective.
Please don't spread misinformation.
That's another pretty good reason not to go into a swamp until you teched up and use electrolyzers and suits.
You can't sepparate germ infested algae from the regular stuff. Later on, you can just dump all of your algae in chlorine or a cold biome where slimelung germs die quickly.
