It's hard, pumping all the air through filters bit by bit, idk if there is a faster way

I have a pump in my base below where I want my O2 line to land. I set the filter to send O2 back into the base and sequester everything else in my CO2 dump in the bottom right of the map. A pressure gauge around 1100-1200 seems to do the trick.

If you are talking about the NG from flatulence, I recomment a pump in the basement directly above the carbon skimmer. Put automation on it so that it only activates when there is NG there, and then work on your O2 pressure above to force the NG down there. You want a NG generator too, but if it's only a little gas you might want to build a very long pipe for it as storage rather than focuing on it as a power source. This becomes more viable if your base is all flatulence.

So the simple answer is :use it as fuel.
