How to put food in ration box.

I have a ration box set up right next to my food mulcher but my duplicates won't put the food in it they just leave it on the floor. It's got all food allowed an everything.

do you have a dedicated goffer also are dupes priorities for the related stuff in the "priority" tab set cause the number priority is overriden by that also on a related note dont use ration boxes just leave em on the floor saves precius time or if you are using ration boxes build em in co2 enviroment to preserve food only build ration boxes in a sterile atmosphere aka co2 and/or chlorine

Eh i just removed it. Got a bigger problem now. Both my outhouses got clogged and my guys pissed everywhere. Now they refuse to clean it up, and what little they have put into bottles they won't put it in the waste pit.

again priorities will solve make sure you have a dedicated gofer and set the related priorities high to clean the outhouse

I had this same issue. They just leave all food on the floor, and never use the ration box. When I replaced it with a refrigerator I say priority on it to 9, and made sure to set it to store all perishable items or whatever, and they finally started using it. Then some dirt for some reason caved on my farm, and they refused to sweep it. So I give up for now lol this game drives me nuts.

It seems the same priority thing that makes them focus on sweeping made them focus on other things too. Had to wait until everything else was done first. Anyway i got an automated toilet now and it's great :D
