Dupes not using my showers

I’ve built showers, the pipes aren’t blocked and they won’t shower. They used to do it all the time. I’m using the new rancher preview build.

Why even use showers? You can remove all the germs with sinks. I'm curious more than anything.

Showering removes the sopping wet debuff.

Edit: As well as the soggy feet and grimy debuffs.

So do they use them when they have those debuffs only?

Showers remove all current debuff that can exist in the game that does not involve injuries. Most of the debuff EXCEPT for grimy has a negative effect on the dupe.

Shower needs one of two things for its output:
It needs to be the last thing outputting pwater i.e. closest to the liquid vent so that it can always output or
It needs to have its own vent output

Having the same issue with rancher update, just built showers, everyone is grimy. No one uses showers. Each shower has water on the white input and clear space leading to the vent on my polluted water output. Showers are next to lavatories and sinks with the same setups and lines (with spaces before junctions on polluted water output to solve the issues with starting and stopping showers when the output pipe is full)
