but it's not really about the pipes material.
it's about the product that is in the pipes.
if water goes from liquid to solid(in cold biome) in a liquid pipe, the pipe breaks
or when it goes from liquid to gas.
so you have to keep the temperature away from those two( gass or solid)
No longer true. If it's a bug or not need to be determined, but normal Fluid Pipes out of Abyssalite heat up with the content and starts heating up the environment. I tested it with hot petroleum and hot water (95°C). It seem they let the new temperature calculation for normal fluid pipes even if made out Abyssalite in there. If you want 100% security there is no way around isolated Abyssalite Pipes. Ranching Update 2 has is already and the new version also.
