this game is a mess atm...
check navigation on the dup's menu to see if he can acess the area
Before the priority stuff/jobs update dups check the building priority and act on it, now is not the same.
Now with the priority tab and the job tab we can get situations where the dup stay there waiting for something.
Is simple ... for the cook , the microbe musher needs stuff but if the chef is only set to cook them he will wait for supplies, he will not get any.
If you have all dups set (in the priority tab) set specific stuff they will do that before anything else, for example you can set the chef to cook very high and farm high then set the microbe musher to 1 and the farm plot to 9 the dup will go 1º to the microbe musher.
The priority number on the building only matters if the "job" is the same on diferent buildings.
Another example... I set the miner to clean up to and set the clean up to high priority but he is still a miner, so he will dig and forget about cleaning because in the priority that the job is high, no matter how high is the building number.
Another one, the builder will idle whaiting for stuff to build because he on the priority tab is set to no deliver stuff or is set to low and the dup will stay there waiting ( for ever if you dont have any dup on deliver)

@ custume i have cooking set to the wrench for him (higher then the 2 arrows) and supply is turned off since otherwise he decides to supply other stuff rather then the cooking equipment. how can i have him only supply the kitchen? i have another dupe set to supply stuff and the musher has enough to make at least 1 bar. i didnt know alot of how the priorities for jobs and the task priority worked like that but thank you. didnt help the issue BUT it did teach me something so thank you. :)
