How to get rid of gems in water?
In every colony someone pisses on the flor corridor, it's getting in my water and poisoned it. How I can get rid of the gems so my guys won't get food poisoning anymore?

You can put a bottle of water in an ore scrubber or boil the water.

Don't put the water at the bottom of your colony and store it in tanks.

They're always spawn on the bottom and after a new colony now and 2 toilettes one of then pissed again on the corridor and of course it got into my water again... Right after the beginning in the second circle...

I usually try to get 2 or 3 outhouses down by the end of the first cycle. Otherwise, the dupes always decide to take a leak in my water supply.

It's not an early game solution but putting a water storage tank in a room filled with chlorine will sterilise it over time: I set up an automation loop which keeps water from my water filter in for a minute or so then empties it into my main storage tank. combined with a cooling solution keeps me topped up with clean cold water in mid/late game

An early game solution is to place 1 or 2 tiles anywhere pollution can drain into your supply. Like little sea walls on either side of your ladders for example to catch runoff so that you can mop it.

Until you can set up a proper tank and filtration system.
