Why won't my liquid pump work correctly?
I don't know why, but sometimes the water just stops flowing and will have like air bubbles or something in the pipes. It says the pipes are blocked, but emptying the pipes doesn't do anything. Here's a screenshot of the problem. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1723538867 EDIT: the problem was that there was another pump connected to my system of pipes, and although it wasn't active, disconnecting it caused my main pump to immediately resume normal function. I have fixed this multiple times in different ways and the problem always comes back eventually, so hopefully this is a more permanent solution.

It might help if you built another pump and tried to make simpler pipe paths. (Pumps only draw power when active, so it shouldn't add to your power overhead).

From the green output on the filter at the top it connects to another green output on a cross pipe.

Yeah, they're both going to a vent. Is that a problem?
Well, that actually can't be it, because the filter is working fine. the water just won't flow to the bathroom or my hydroponics, the latter of which you can barely see on the far left.

Move your pump one tile to left. The output pipe is too short. Should be 2 segments.
And use a bridge or valve in your junction.

output of the sleve goes to the output of the pool, which makes no logical sense.

I moved the pump, and it started working, buuut...that only lasted a few minutes. Every time I fix it, it stops working again shortly after. If you could be more specific as to where I should put a bridge or valve, that would be nice. Also, sorry for not responding. I haven't been able to play for about a week.
