Mods Not Working or Installing

I've subbed to a few mods that I think I will like and when I load up the game they don't allow me to build or research them. I've tried using the sandbox mode and a new game but it still wont show up in the building menu. I'm not sure if I have don't anything wrong and just subbed to them in the steam workshop

Mods:
-Deconstructable POI
-Speed control
-Conveyor filter
-Longer bridges
-No fixed temperatures

Any help would be great thank you \o

You may need to activate them first:
1) Main-Menu
2) Sub-Menu "Mods"
3) Check all wanted mods
4) Message appears which tells you to restart
5) Restart

Next start everything should be checked in the "Mods" list and mods should be available in-game.
