Why is my Sink getting damaged after each Duplicant use?
I have clean water pumped into my Sink that was cleaned with a Sieve and for some reason the Sink is getting damaged each time a Dupe uses it. Can't figure out why... No point in using plumbed sinks and bathrooms if they're a constant drain on my Copper supply from repairs. Do I need to limit the amount of water allowed through or what?

What do you guys think?

Polluted water is likely ending up being fed to your sink if it is getting damaged after use. If you feed the wrong resource to a machine it will damage it.

I don't know offhand, but this is how I would troubleshoot it:

1) go to plumbing overlay, go on speed x 1, and carefully hover over the packets of water going into the sink, see if they are clearly labeled as clean water or if by some fluke somehow something else is getting in there like saltwater or polluted water, etc

2) do not trust the sieve's output, put the sieve's output through a filter and match the filter's orange output to the sink (make sure you selected water as the filter type). I only 100% trust the contents if a pipe if it's gone through a filter.

No, I do not believe you need to limit the amount of water going through that should automatically resolve itself (i.e. the pipe should block itself if the sink does not require any more input).

Only time when plumbing breaks is when the liquid changes state while in the pipe. Liquid to air or solid due to temperature...

Yeah that's a good point, hence why you would troubleshoot by looking at what exactly is going into the sink using the plumbing overlay and watching it (I guess technically don't have ot use the overlay as you can just hover over the section of pipe but I like the visual of the packets you can sometimes tell straight away from coloration)

If you're running water that's too hot maybe it's an overheating issue?
