My point is, if I start to opens a cave with gas, it will spread everywhere, even if I add two doors in between, right?
Also chlorine is heavier than oxygen, so it will sink to the bottom of your base. So if you REALLY want to get rid of it, just dig a hole down. Just remember CO2 is even heavier and will push it back up at some point, unless you seal the hole.
If I want to filter my gas and store them, is it possible? Ideally I would prefer to have my base clean of anything like that.
You may need to do research for this. gas filters will be under ventilation. Storing gasses is under the base tab, for some reason.
Storing is not advisable unless you intend to use it later.

Ofcourse for clean gas in each store-room, you might need to have them sealed (either with water locks or just pure wall) and a pump in it to create a vacuum, before pumping other gases in...
Mind you, storing gases is mostly pointless. You can recreate any gas in the game. Some are easy to come by, others harder. But there is no gas which you can truly run out off forever.
