Question about Pitcher Pump and Air Flow
I was wondering if the Pitcher Pump blocks air flow through the two tiles it occupies?
I want to keep the air separate between my water source and the pump.

I do not believe it blocks airflow. What's you thought process as to why you want them separated? It's not something I've ever considered.

It does not. As a matter of fact it's floor is mesh allowing fluids thru.

I could see wanting to block the air flow if it's polluted water?

To keep down the polluted oxygen? I'm to the point I don't even flinch at polluted oxygen, I research deodorizers as early as possible so it's just free oxygen to me.

You did make me think though, gas flow doesn't bother me but if it acted as an airflow tile does (gases pass, liquids don't) that would keep pee water out of the drinking supply without having to plan around it.

Yes research for deodourizer, and spam it in area of polluted o2, once there is clean o2, germ start dying

That is part of the idea. I want to ensure my water reservoir remains untainted. I would settle for a solid floor, but even if it allowed gases and not liquids, that would be ideal.

Yeah, that's something you're going to have to handle yourself. Once you find a system you like, keeping clean water clean isn't a big deal. You'll figure out how to keep the pollutants from getting in there in the first place pretty quickly. Placing one block on top of your floor blocks to trap it before it can fall into the clean water just gets to be second nature after a couple of accidents :)
