What can I do with 8 Pacu Fishes?

I printed Liam with 3+ excavation, 3+ building, 3+ Machinery, Cannot do Cooking and Vomit already, because I accidentally posted this to a different discussion.

Create a fish tank, somewhere below the welfare pod. Give the fish a way to flop toward it, they will fall through horizontal screen doors, even closed ones. The tank can be as small as one square ( I usually use at least 4, so I can see them swim around). Leave the top open so you don't create a small room, then just leave them alone. They will produce one egg, and at the end of their lifespan will provide pacu fillets. Good eating, no cost.

Don't they get cramped from the space of water they are in ?

Cramped doesn't seem to effect pacu fish that fall from the printing pod and into a reservoir. I'm not sure about wild fish already on the map.

I've been leaving pacu in the reservoir and they have been replacing themselves with one egg each despite being cramped.

Any “wild” animal except the moo I think tend to only produce one egg within their entire life regardless of whatever debuff they acquired if they survive to close to their elderly state.

Note that all animals printed from the pod are considered as wild so you can use that to replace animals you accidentally lost.

I actually watched my 8 free Pacu flop about 5 block to the right, and fall down about 60 blocks or so to the only water they could reach. Smart fish, cause as soon as i chose their print, I paused and queued up attack orders on em.

They made it to the water, so, I figured they earned their new life in a cramped polluted space.

Put them in hot water to absorb heat, the heat they absorb is destroyed when they die.

Pacu breed and die very fast
