how to automate the automatic dispenser
in a way that once for instance a critter egg drops, dupes will never come back to insert it again

They store the egg, it shoots it out, dupes come back to instert it again.... braindead AI is braindead.

A few options:

1.) make the dispenser sweep only
2.) make wherever it lands handled by a sweeper which then puts it into storage so the dupes'll leave it alone.
3.) make it drop into a place that the dupes can't get to (like a pit, or an access restricted door).

Don't allow dupes near the dropoff.
Don't allow manual use of the loader.

you build it in such a way so that dupes can load it but cannot pick up whatever drops out of it, eg* on the other side of a locked pneumatic door or over a ledge with the chute over a pit.

Then this item is useless to me. What I wanted to do is to drop all eggs in one room, let them hatch on their own, after they all hatch, dupes would come and take them animals either to my stables to refill population or to my kill room. But apparently this is impossible to do?

I also noticed that there is something called manual control, but there is no separate button for this setting.

It is possible - you just need to not allow dupes to load in eggs.
Or to use an automated critter-counter locking the doors until a certain amount of hatches hatched.
Or place some egg-breading thingies in there without energy and have an auto-sweeper put the eggs right into them.
Or use the critter-drop-off in your ranch to auto-wrangle and have dupes bring surplus hatches directly to your butcher room, without the need of an additional egg-dropoff-room.

You could make an "airlock" with a weight trigger to filter out hatched critters.

Make a room where you drop off the eggs that is inaccessible to dupes with a a door into the "airlock". Since hatches will move around once they hatch they'll eventually walk through the "airlock" and step on the weight trigger. Once they walk through the door have it close the door they walk through and open another door in front where your dupes can collect the hatch and move it where you need them to go.

But if I am not supposed to let dupes load the eggs in, how to get them in 1 space in a manner that would allow dupes to come in and out for the hatched animals and leave the eggs in that room. That is the question.

The fact that you couldn't figure it out on your own is embarassing eh lol.

One room? I though you are loading eggs and dropping them again. What point is there in doing that in one room?

Don't bother. We are too dumb to understand this.
