Cursor changing?

I don't know if it's supposed to be like this or not so I'm asking here to make sure. Whenever I'm playing ONI i have the normal pretty game cursor. But whenever I click on anything to build on the lower right (a tile, bed, refrigirator, anything) my cursor turns back into the regular windows cursor until i right click out of "build mode"

Is it supposed to be like that or a bug?

When I'm copy a building, my cursor changes to windows "circle". (You know, when windows is working stg). Bit annoying -first time I thought game will crash to windows -, but I'm already don't notice it..

I had my cursor changing for a brief moment too last night during game play.. it was only a second or so, then it switched back.
No idea why. or what was causing it.
