Hydrogen Generator keeps breaking

I don't know if this the reason your generator is breaking but I figured out why mine was breaking. They have added the feature that if you pump the wrong gas into a building it will break. I needed to add a gas filter to only allow hydrogen into the generator. I hope this help you.

Would be great if we could see a screenshot of how the gas filter set up is suppose to work, I feel like they changed it or maybe I encountered a bug cause I could not get my pump to pump anything at all through the filter and then after removing it all to have the pump feed straight into the generator, it still wouldn't pump at all despite there being all kinds of hydrogen around it.

Would really need a screenshot in your gas plumbing overlay to be able to help properly. Pump and filter do not work if there are some missing intake in the system (filter need 2 intake) and like sweet chemist said if there is anything else than hydrogen get to the generator it will stop it(the gas is usually in the pipe right behind the generator). Mine is working just fine, do not think it will be of much help but i included screenshots of my system.

Are your dupes stressed? Some of them will be destructive when going past the threshhold.

trust me, that is not the problem here... and besides my dupli's don't have the destructive trait

ah. 'gas filter'. i missed that one too. going to gas pipe in 'plumbing' i could see the blue oxygen flowing into the generator but was waiting for the line to get to pressure with hydrogen, and that didn't happen.

well, I tried to make it work, but it just won't.... so I am guessing it needs some work
