Day and night shifts?

I think it would be cool to have some people you assign to work in the day and some to work in the night so your not just waiting for impending doom during the night

Agreed. I had a duplicate that worked better during night than day, yet still they slept at night instead of day :/

I've mentioned this elsewhere, but a 'Rimworld'-like option to schedule dupe task by *time* they do it as well as *type* would make for a much more complex and satisfying game.

Maybe some duplicants that have traits etc will just naturally be A or B type personality. That they sleep during the day, work at night. Doesnt even really require any direct control. since it could be a gameplay element you just have to adapt to.

There is a Red Alert option top left. When you press it all the duplicants are supposed to ignore their needs and work their ass off.

I've seen a least one perk related to working at night so I assume it is actually possible to work at night.

Shedules would be neat indeed and also having more command options than "go there" should exist. specifically and combining both... automatically force them to pick flowers and eat before night time lest you have no way to prevent them from getting their sleep interrupted other than disabling food and toilets in advance just to have the same happen again soon.

and if you have seduals it should stop them idaling if they have free time (Ideling is horrible in game)(not in real life as I would be hypocritiacl)
