How do i obtain Bleach Stone?

I want to make a hand sanitizer,but it says i require Bleach stone. What do i need to do to get such material?

Yeah it's a bit further out, not sure if it's gotta be deep.

They can be found when you mine iron or phosphorite, irrc.

Its a light colored rock, you can tell its bleach if you die when you try and drink it.

You can't, I'm afraid. Chlorine is a major pain in the backside.
Moreover, Bleach Stone is a consumable ore, so you will have to mine it over, and over, and over again.
However, it appears that showering also removes "Dirty Hands" status, as well as "Grimy". So you can just build a shower and ignore hand sanitizer completely.
